: Buyer should be made aware that as a result of property damage due to a fire, the Seller, at their expense intends to raze the remaining structure to ground level and remove the debris from the site. The closing will occur after the work has been completed by the Seller. The Sealed Bid Due Date remains scheduled for May 19, 2021 by 3:30 PM.
